LMD Series Incremental Encoder Read Head for Rod-Type Motor


The LMD Series is a compact, rod-type incremental motor encoder designed for precise position feedback using the stator rod. Supporting any stator pitch and offering resolutions up to 1 μm, it ensures high accuracy across a wide range of applications. With industry-standard RS422 outputs and ±ABZ incremental digital signals, integration is simple and reliable. An integrated LED indicator makes installation and alignment quick and hassle-free.

Built for demanding environments, the LMD Series features a non-contact design, IP68 waterproof sealing, and a wide operating temperature range (-10°C to +80°C). Its ultra-flexible drag chain cable, tested for more than 20 million flex cycles, provides long-lasting durability. Resistant to shock, vibration, and pressure, the encoder delivers dependable performance even in harsh industrial conditions.
