The MINI series is an ultra-compact incremental linear encoder, specifically designed for using in linear motor, Direct Drive (DD) motors.
Performance
Ø High Speed & Resolution: Guarantees stable operation at speeds up to 8 m/s with a fine resolution of 0.5 µm.
Ø Output Signal: Provides industrial-standard RS422 (±ABZ) incremental digital signals, including quadrature AB and a Z signal with a 2 mm period.
Design & Durability
Ø Robust Construction: Compact, sealed IP67 housing protects against dust and water ingress.
Ø Environmental Resilience: Operates reliably in harsh environments with a temperature range of -30 ℃ to +80 ℃ and offers excellent resistance to shock, vibration, and pressure.
Ø Non-Contact Sensing: Ensues long-term reliability and allows a generous sensing gap of up to 1 mm from the magnetic strip.
